8. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Sheridan County, Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page with a new effective date. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
