This Privacy Policy explains how PG Media Consulting LLC ("PG Media Consulting," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you visit purple-ghost.com (the "Site") or contact us. It is written for visitors of the Site. Clients of our management services receive separate written terms.

When you contact us by email or through a messaging service, we receive the information you choose to share, such as your name, email address or username, the name of your channel or brand, and the content of your message.
Information collected automatically
The Site is a static website hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. To deliver the Site and protect it from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type, requested pages, referring page, and timestamps in server logs. We do not use cookies, analytics tools, advertising pixels, or any other tracking technology on the Site. We do not create profiles of visitors.

- To respond to your inquiry and to evaluate whether we can work together.
- To operate, maintain, and secure the Site.
- To comply with legal obligations and to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
4. How we share information
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. We share information only in the following cases:
- Service providers. Companies that host the Site and provide our email and messaging services process data on our behalf, for example Cloudflare, Inc. (hosting and network security) and the providers of the email and messaging services you use to reach us.
- Legal requirements. When required by law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of PG Media Consulting LLC, our clients, or others.
- Business transfers. In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Privacy Policy.
5. Data retention
We keep inquiries for as long as needed to handle them and any resulting business relationship, and afterwards only as long as required by law or for legitimate business records. Server logs are retained by our hosting provider for a limited period in accordance with its own policies.
6. Security
We use reasonable administrative and technical measures to protect information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS) for the Site. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. Children
The Site is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
8. Your rights and choices
California residents

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control
Because we do not track visitors across websites, there is nothing to opt out of on the Site. We treat Global Privacy Control signals as a request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, which we do not engage in.

The Site is operated from the United States, and information is processed and stored in the United States.
